Phil Rhudy, the managing partner of Personnel Assessments for Business, is a certified McQuaig SystemTM trainer, with over 20 years of experience in using and training people on how to use The System. To further enhance your people assessment skills, we offer interview training which merges The System with our Three Levels of Appraisal methodology.

Our Services

Our assessment services can also be purchased on an individual or set quantity basis for companies who do not require assessment on a large scale. If you require occasional assistance in interviewing candidates, team-building, performing statistical evaluations, or counseling employees, we are available on a consulting basis.
